Install Browser Shots For Me

I would like to be able to run browser shots server on my own computer, which i believe the source code is provided for here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/browsershots/files/ called shotserver.
it says you need python and django installed, so you would need to install those too.
if you can do this through vnc, please let me know.
