We have an existing site coded in php where we would like to add the following functionality to it.
Scope
Site Registry – http://www.onlytakes1.org/violet_registry_wall_posting.php
3 levels of posting options with radial buttons (see attached pdf)
-Once level is selected form fields appear
-4 searchable posting options from drop down to refresh Wall listings
-10 viewable postings
-Standard confirmation/thank you page
ZIP code directory search (google maps API)
