Brazil/portuguese Moderator

I am in need of a moderator for a new social networking site that is for Brazil. Initially the mod would become a member of the site and help our team as we further develop the site. The mod would make recommendations to us based on language since the predominant language in Brazil is Portuguese. Moderator must be fluent in written Portuguese and English. Moderator will be compensated monthly through PayPal.
