Transfer Site To New Cms

This is a simple job for the right programmer. We are looking for a programmer to transfer our existing site and all content www.betterliving.co.nz to a very simple CMS (to be discussed with programmer), while keeping all URLs exactly the same.
Our current Admin system includes (you can see all other parts of the site):
General Admin system including WYSIWYG, image upload, edits Meta tags etc
Banner Administration (banners can be placed on different places on a separate pages/sections or the whole site etc)
User admin
