Make Logo 3 D

Hi We have a logo currently in high res PDF.
We need two processes carried out on it.
1. An element of the design is a silver colour, we nned to make it look really shiny silver.
2 We need the logo made into 3d
Logo needs to be supplied back to us vectorised both in psd and adobe eps format.
we will use this logo for printing stationery and on a web site.
If oyu can suggest any wasy of improving we will listen
