Simple Php / Div Popup Fix

I have a popup code that appears when a user has not opened up part of my site. The code is a div inside of a div. When the user has enough of the items to open the area, a button appears in the popup to Open Account. When I click that button I would like for it to refresh the page and call the function to update the database.
