Developer Shopping Card Script

We need a shopping cart script to be developed. The shopping cart will include the ff features:
-Accept payments
-Progress bar
-Customizable interface
-Checkout page
-Administrator section
-Add categories
-Set Payment pricing
-Set Promotion discounts
-Online reporting/manage payments
-Add accepted credit cards
-Secure ordering using SSL
and a few other features
Progam will be developed using Coldfusion v8-9. Developer needs to include and show portfolio of 2-3 coldfusion websites for reference.
