Typo3 Help Needed

Hi, we have a client (german project) with several Typo3 Problems to solve:
- Editors have no access to images and are not able to write new articles
- there are some securtiy updates to install
- and some further extentions (later, not urgent)
- there is a problem with the mm-Forum extension, about buttons regarding fonts, which are not working
The urgent problem is about the editors.
Please post me some projects you have realiszed with Typo3 and where we can ask the owner for a reference about you.
