Not Trading Ea

The EA will not contain any indicators , any money management, or any calculations. The main Idea is to visualize the trades from EA reports.
Simply, I would like this project to be done as quickly as possible, as simple as possible and as cheap as possible.
I need an EA that will be fed with CSV files containing all trade information (mt4stats.com style). The EA will manage the trades the same way as it is stated in the csv. Offline mode of course.
Project must be done completely in 3 days max.
Project must be within my budget. No higher bid will be considered.
