Fix Email On Google Apps

I have a problem.
example using mydomain.com
I have email with my domain (eg mydomain.com) running on google email.
its perfectly working I can send email from my domain and send.
I have a formmail on a virtual server running the said domain (mydomain.com)(same domain that using mail.google.com as its email.
I am sending mail using formail to the email at the google domain.
For some reason its not getting there.
if I change the email to any of my other gmail addresses gmail.com it works, but hen I send to the email omydomain.com its not getting there because its from the same server,, its not going into junk its just not appearing……
is it because Im using the same domain on the server and on the gmail account. ? its strange.
I need it rectified.
