I am looking for a banner ad designer to create some effective banners to promote/sell hosting specials. Ad promotions for Winter Specials. Simple looking Gif or animated Gif, but no Flash.
Some requirements, but welcome idea solutions that may be effective. Sizes: 515×165, 175×175
