Simple Framset Ajax Chat

Hi,
I would like a simple chat script written using PHP and mysql, I have included a zip file of the layout (in pure html) of the setup id like.
I fully intend to hack this script so All commenting in the script would be very helpful.Also I would like it to be kept as simple as possible without any classes,k just using procedural code.
It will be hosted on a linux apache setup.
