Code Html Page

Hi,
I need a single page coded into html.
Please only bid if you can do under 24 hours turn around.
$10 bonus if you can code it under 8 hours of bid acceptance.
All DIV/CSS no tables please.
here is what the finished page will look like:

I have already cut up the images, you just need to code it, although I will supply the .psd in case you need something from it.
This is the first time I have outsourced this, I normally do it all myself. If I have not provided information you need, please ask.
1. Page width will be 930px
2. All div/css.
3. All text seen is in fact text, no images of text.
4. Simple nav with expandable image background on selected item.
