Theme A Drupal Site
I have an existing drupal site I need themed.
I have selected a template which may require a few simple modifications before using for theme:

I prefer a fixed width site, and I need the security upgrade implemented for core. I already updated the modules.
I don’t want to use the Flash header in this project. I need two additional header banners created for the Flash rotation. I will explain the theme to the bid winner.I need a main external page and then an internal page, using a static banner for the header.
I want blocks implemented in right column and across bottom.
Needless to say, it must be cross browser compatible (FFox, IE, Chrome, Safari and others).
I’d like to find a drupal person who can start this project today/tomorrow, and finish within two days if possible.
Please give me an honest quote on which you can start /finish the project.
Pls show me some drupal (only) sites you have themed.
