Exim : Deliverability Problem

Hi there,
I am building up a professional email service provider and i look for developers experienced with Exim and deliverability issues in general.
My current set up works fine, but when i try to up the output speed (30k to 60k mails / hr), i get a very high bounce rate.
So i am looking for the most appropriate tweaks in Exim config files to achieve maximum output speed, while maintaining bounce rate to a minimum.
Can anybody help ?
