Oscommerce Shipping Module Fix

Hello Programmers,
Only oscommerce pro’s please.
I need someone to make a few fixes to the shipping options on my oscommerce store:
1. I need to be able to turn on both the Free Shipping option, FedEx and USPS. Right now, if Free Shipping is on, FedEx does not display.
2. The shipping page is not diplaying USPS rates. USPS says they receive test calls to their site, but the rates do not display.
3. When Free Shipping is turned on, an error that says “Error: Shipping Methods not configured freeamount (ignored)” appears under the Google Checkout button.
I will award the job ASAP to a qualified candidate. I also have a second job to come on this website if this one goes well.
