Hello everybody, this website 123clicksite took my money and never finished my project… so now I need a programmer to finish my website

Its a online sports betting website that takes lines from this website, and allows my clients to bet privately. I see statistics in my admin account… things such as bet amounts, money won/lost, etc. The website isnt done because the bet doesnt exactly go through right now (it used to) and i need to fix a few things.
I also need the front page to update news from espn, have live scores, etc.
