Simple Html File From Psd

All I need is a simple html page <div> tags for a layered psd
I DO NOT NEED a sliced up version I want the font and style all
in code format the images will be placed using style formats in the html it is a simple file one page this will be then be placed in Drupal just so that you know the end file. if you are quick and easy to work with I do have a few more pages to do tonight so lets get to work
