Redesign Small Website

I have a small website that needs to be redesigned for a client. The site is purely for informational purposes. The site is about the energy business. Need to fix up logo and put in some nice graphics.
Need to set up some sort of control panel so that I can go in and change copy or text if necessary. Fast, easy project.
