Quick And Easy Jquery Question

I want to include the following Image Rotator on a website.

However I want the Image rotator to automatically rotate every 10 seconds as well as when the images are clicked.
I need someone to look at the inline javascript which references the jQuery library and tell me what to add to make this happen.
