Ip Proxy Tutor 25/hr

Looking for a competent programmer to help set up and teach methods via IM for certain projects.
The first project will be setting up a sort of ip switch or proxy.
Must be able to chat live and keep appointments.
Pay will begin at $25/hour. Likely will be 5-10 hours per week for several months.
I’m new to programming and plan on asking lots of questions and will also like to see the work as it is done; so, this will certainly not go as quickly as a normal programming job, but it’s by the hour so I doubt you’ll mind. The first few projects are relatively simple and will gradually get more complex.
