Inbound Links For Website

Looking for a SEO service provider who can get our client lots of relevant inbound links. We’re open to any types of link acquisition strategy such as:
> Directory Submissions
> Reciprocal Link Management
> Paid links
Importantly…. this is a 12 month project, so need costing to be spread over 12 x installments.
More importantly…. we have multiple clients, so we’re looking for a service provider who wants to work with us on an ongoing basis for multiple clients (of course using Scriptlance’s escrow system).
