Corporate Logo Design

We need someone to create a corporate company logo. The logo will need the following.
1. logo needs to be colorful and creative to appear on the back drop of a white or black t-shirt / polo shirt.
2. It has to deal with IT
3. It needs our copyright so none steals it.
4. It needs to have the ability to be used on all of our marketing material such as business cards,t-shirts, web etc.
5. Mockups required
When I will select the bid, I will need the logo in EPS and PSD format.
