Article -adsense- Pagecreator

I would like a script that works like the one in the URL below:

its called an, adsense-page-generator
after a person pastes an article in the script it creates an article
website with adsense, from my adsense code. I hope I explained it correctly, the video explains everything.
Not really sure how much something like this should cost. I put between $50 and $100, but I just want to complete this.
