Php/javascript Help Needed

I am swamped with work today and need some help with one feature.

I have a javascript onClick popup (div inside of a div), that I would like changed up so that it fires when an action is done on my site.

The site and the action already are running, just need the onclick changed to work with it.

If any questions, PMB and I will show you example. Please only bid if you have prior feedback for this job.
