Dvd And Cover Design Asap

I need a DVD and DVD cover design for my latest product.
I have attached the specs from the fulfillment house so all bids must meet the specs.
More details on product name and colours in PMB
5 unique design concepts (mockups) required in 3 days or sooner.
I want 2-3 revisions (if needed) before completion and transfer of funds and posting review.
For someone who is good at Graphic Design this should be an easy project.
