Asp – Shopping Cart Template
I need someone to Implement the following template:

into an .asp shopping cart using the admin backend only. The admin backend has snap-ins, as well as a Live Design editor where you can change the Page header, Footer, Left column, Right Column, Page Body, CSS, etc. from the backend.
I have SFTP access to limited files only on this website. The implementation must be done in the backend.
The location of the current temporary site is in a subdomain folder. The current theme that I have selected from the backend is here:
