Two Fancy Logo Water Marks

I need a fancy text/image logo watermark at the bottom of evey image I post on my forums. All images are hosted on the forums therfore i need the domain name dlsoftware.net to be on the bottom right of each image. All’s I require is a large and a small logo not massive as its just a watermark to let people know where the image came from. I would like someone creative to develop the design for these these two images which will be identical but in a different size, they need to have transparent backgrounds so that I can add it to some software i use for creating watermarks and it needs to be in png format.

PS: I am only needing the logos and do not require any other work to be done like watermarking the current images on the site etc.
