Small Changes On Joomla Site 2

Hi,
Small task. I’m looking for a joomla expert to make some VERY SMALL CHANGES to my joomla template. It’s a very simple task that should only take you a couple of hours.
1) Change the tagline / motto of my company logo in the land page and index page
2) I need to be able to add my products on joomla by categories (see the exact place where I need them on the attached file)
I require:
Good and constant communication through gmail chat and MSN
Fast work as this is an easy task
