Metatrader Expert Troubleshoot

Looking for a programmer that is able to troubleshoot an expert advisor for the Metatrader platform.
The programmer must be able to think independantly and suggest improvements.
Will pay a bonus from $50 to $10,000 USD depending on the level of original thought contributed. Expert already works and runs well on backtest. It may have been programed maliciously to run well on backtest only. Easy job for someone that is familiar with MQL4. An honest programmer will win this bid.
