Adjustments To Bidding System

I need a ASP.NET programmer who can make some small adjustments to a project.
A Delete button in admin-area to delete an auction and a small functions that checks remaining time before an auction closes and automatically adds 5 minutes to closing time, if theres is less than 5 mintes back.
