I will like a full clone of this website below.

When you visit this website it comes with a pop up that’s a gateway, i will also like to have that included so i can offer my CPA Offers.
i have my own domain name and hosting.
the only design i will need is a logo with the website domain name and that’s about it.
I know i could find this script for free somewhere but i just don’t feel like searching.
