Squeeze Page

I have the basic content but need to create a sharp looking sales page. The concept is a website leasing program, featuring a monthly lease for a “monetized” Ad-sense and other affiliate type of website.
I also plan on having a video on the page. (about 2 minute)
Also, plan on doing an email blast through a vendor, and would like a sharp looking “graphic” or design for it that fits the same theme.
Limited budget, as this is a start-up concept, but will have plenty of work in the website design area, so I am interested in discussing future arrangements.
