we currently have electronic documentation management system software called DOCUMENTUM. we would like to upgrade this software, we need a better and more efficient software to replace it.
could you please send us a detail project proposal, outlining how you wish to execute the project, why we should developed a customised EDMS(Electronic Document management system) instead of Oracle DOCUMENTUM
