This project involves creating a website for a brand new business that deals with supplying the sports/watersports industry. I am looking for a photoshop design expert who has a great track record and and eye for detail. I would like to see examples of previous projects you might have undertaken in order to make my mind up.

I will supply a detailed requirements document once I have selected the designer. The final project will consist of about 10-12 pages which will all share the same theme. I will supply the logo as it is being designed in-house. I will also supply any required images that will be needed for the final deliverable. I will send you url’s on similar businesses online to give you an idea of what the business vision and direction is.

Initially I will need 2 possible mock-ups of designs of at least 2 pages each to show my client, who might suggest changes. This is an on-going project and there might be scope for more work related to this in the future.

I need someone to do a Facebook clone or a clone of MySpace, Badoo, Tagged, Friendster, bebo. Please read this entire posting before you respond!!!

I prefer if you already have a clone built. If it is good, we can simply make changes and add any required features.

I would like to have the website built in Java/MySql with full documentation and source code. It needs to be scalable with load balancing and high availability feature.

It should not be built on any open source project. It needs to have the features that the best social networking sites have such as; invite friends, build profiles, email notification of messages and friend requests, fan or group pages, blog, chat, photo/video upload, reviews, email verification for sign-up, etc.

Our 24 themes integrated into our WordPress Blog is taking lots of time to load onto webpage (as viewed in IE6 browser) completely. It hangs in the middle and I am sure there are bugs. Though the pages load fully eventually, it takes a long time, but it is not due to the carrying of lots of flash files because as you know these can slowly form on the page, but the fact: the areas of Main Page with the blog posts column takes a long time to appear on the page, which means it is not due to the flash files anymore.

Looking for experts who definitely can fix this and not attribute to the presence of multiple flash files on the page (as I said: that can take its time to form up fully later, but those essential areas of the page ought to appear faster! first)

I recently had a form created. It looks great in most browsers but it does not work in IE6 or 7.

I had it copied from an existing form and I am sure much of the originanl code ws used.

The original form does perform in IE6 and 7.

I know that it is crazy to have to code for those browser but unfortunately there are still alot of them out there.

I think it is a javascript error but I am not sure.
