I need help finalizing a website that I am currently designing and building. I need help with the installation and customization of Forum software, probably either SMF, phpbb, punbb, and proper Addons in order to customize it for my requirements. For the next aspect of the site, I need you to provide me, and install a Database, which will need some Programming services done to it. This Database will organize Picture Galleries and have User forms available for them to add their own Comments which will be posted beneath the image. It will also need Captcha systems to prevent Spam and robotic entries. If the ability exists for me to have the ability to toggle between Public Comments (ideal) and Account Holder (e-mail verified account created) Comments (If too much Spamming occurs) then that would be great. Of course there needs to be back end Admin. features for me to manage, edit or delete public comments. If there is User Accounts, then they need to be compatible with the Forum script, ie one account Profile could participate on the Forum, as well as post comments on the public image galleries. The database will deliver searchable results to specified pages which I will require your help to ensure proper function abilities. Simple Meta tags for Search optimization on a few select pages.

The site is currently more than 1/2 (perhaps 3/4) completed so far as design and HTML pages, which will help you envision my needs. That is where I am proficient.
