My client would like a site like BlogTV.com where users can be granted access to show live video from their camera, dvd player, etc. The site can be a current script that can be modified.

The modification would be that bloggers will have to pay for access, so the site owner will have to be able to limit the accounts until payment is made. Integrated payment is NOT necessary. The client will take payments offline. Bloggers should have the opportunity to Video on Demand or Pay Per View shows if their account is in good status. For this, their needs to be a way that Blogger can send passcodes to viewers so that they can watch their PPV/VOD broadcast.

I have a shopify site (see shopify.com)an e-commerce website that works great. Typically on shopify clients can pay for the products through various options: visa, paypal etc. This is where my problem lies.

I also want a 3 level affiliate program. A person can choose to be an affiliate for $49.95 a month or just a customer.
