I have a php based site that is already developed and i have PSD’s for the site design that i need coded and implemented into the site.

needs to be cross-browser compliant XHTML / css markup.

there will be a total of 9 pages that need to be coded for. attached is what the homepage will look like. the additional pages will have the same header, footer (not shown in image), and sidebar with the page specific content in the main body area. should not be too much coding to change after the homepage is coded….essentially just the main body of the individual pages.

please feel free to ask any questions you may have and i will do my best to answer them. please provide examples of sites you have coded and implemented.

I would like to have someone create a tool written in asp.net or java or VB which would look at a sequel server database of real estate listings for sale, pull out listings meeting specific criteria then create thousands of ads constructed around the data. I have no dedication to a particular method so please give me some details on what you think is the best way to do this and how you have done this with past projects.

I need 3 dependant drop down menus that are populated with information from an mysql table. some notes on the particulars has been attached. Programmer will prepare the php/html to display the drop menus including the java and mysql queries. Programmer will also create a mysql table with the initial information contained in the attached pdf. Programmer may get followup questions relating to me putting it up on my site and making sure it works. I understand php/mysql well but this will require javascript as well which I am not so familiar with so might need some additional explaination or assistance.

Needs to have all (and I mean ALL) the functions of justinTV: live Broadcasting, watching, commenting, recording a stream, users can create a clean URL channel. By stopping the broadcast, the URL is still saved, with all comments and recordings. A broadcast URL can be public, private, or user restricted. So that means different types of user accounts also (a free one, a premium one, and one payed commercial type). Everything in Italian language.

User sign (registration, e-mail password confirmation, forgot password option etc.) in and watch (in regular size, or full screen), comment on the video stream page (Ajax, no page refreshes to see the updated comments), record a stream, report abuse, share with friends, and use the video stream buffer (can rewind and fastforward the full length of the broadcast).

New backend control panel (controlling all (I mean ALL) functions, features, designs, membership, content, etc) and a backend admin page that will allow me to change the bitrate of the video/audio transfer, so that if I need to accomodate more users, I can decrease bandwidth. We should also be able to easily place ads or related links intro the pages and to menage payed comercial advertising banners on site (size, location etc.).

Each user have a profile page (with unique customable design like it offer justinTV with predefined templates). User can record own live video webcam sessions broadcasted on mysite and store it in the profile (I can in admin panel specify the max. allowed clips for storing and max. clip size).

The members are able to upload to profile their stored videos from hard drive or some external websites and store it on their profiles, the members will store clips that they recorded in a live session on mysite they should be able to upload also harddrive stored videos and external videos .

A picture section that allows picture albums, add friends, gifts from other users , profile ratings, comments section. The user-stored-video section, if the user has more then one clip, should be in a caroussel player style.

I have a page where I need to add a footer “hover” script (where a form is displayed at the bottom of the page). My current script (which is jquery-based) is working on a separate page, but the page I’m adding it to has some existing javascript (using prototype) and the script is not working. So I either need someone to troubleshoot the issue for me or else convert my current script from jquery to something that is prototype-friendly. (or, if you already have a prototype-based footer hover script, that would work too).

I would like a basic website designing for recording customers orders that have been despatched and have a calendar function which means I can click on any date and it will display what has been despatched that day and interact with Royal Mail tracking to return the result of a live status of whether the parcel has been delivered or not.

So for example a customers order was dispatched with parcel reference BR936010429GB and was despatched on 5/12/09 so when on the 5/12 within the calendar it will give the customer details then return the result of the search from http://track.royalmail.com/ and state in the current status of:-

Your item with reference BR936010429GB was delivered from our STANFORD LE HOPE Delivery Office on 17/12/09 .

The reason for this website is to at a quick glance show the status of every dispatched parcel rather than having to search each individual tracking reference.

The input page will just be a data input page like a spreadsheet as it only needs to be single line entry. This could also be part of the calendar function.
