I need a database program that will track my member salespeople’s sales and training progress on a weekly basis. This would happen inside my Word Press membership web site. Every week the member salesperson will get an autoresponder email with a link to that week’s lesson web page on my WP site (this is already completed). As part of the lesson they will take an online quiz to see how well they understood the material (I have a temporary WP plug-in quiz now). I am running the JoomLeague plugin (v 0.93) on a site running Joomla (v 1.5.8). I need some changes made to the JoomLeague plugin so that it does what I need. These changes specifically are:

Permissions…. the JoomLeague software allows you to name one Administrator and one Editor per project. The Administrator enters through the Joomla backend then navigates through to the JoomLeague plug in where he can do whatever he wants. This can stay as it is because I don’t want to appoint Administrators anyway that have access to all the site features.

Editors enter through the front end. When they are logged in to the site they have an icon they can click on which lets them input results from fixtures that are already entered. The problem is that that is all they can do… enter results. They cannot edit or add new fixtures.

So what needs changing….
1. we need to be able to appoint multiple editors to each project, not just the one.
2. those editors need to be able to add and amend fixtures (in case of postponements) and not just enter results. They need to be able to do this through the front end link that already exists when they are logged in without going through the Joomla backend.

Second issue is MatchDays….. the JoomLeague software has a European style MatchDay system for fixtures where every team plays each other on MatchDay 1… then same on MatchDay 2 etc etc through the season. This will not work for us as some teams may play 3 times in a week and others not at all.

The solution would be to change this to Week 1, Week 2 etc but it isn’t as simple as just changing the wording as the JoomLeague software will only allow you to enter a team once for each matchday.

So what needs changing….
MatchDays changed to weeks with the dates Sat – Sun and the ability for teams to play more than one fixture in any given week.

Although this is a one time project I would be looking for further paid support through the year as more features are added to the site.

I have a magento store with some custom code written which marks addresses as veritifed or unverified. The customer can then verify the shipping addresses using a pin number generated in the admin panel and the checkout uses a post code lookup module to complete the addresses on the checkout.

If you place an order and type all the addresses in rather than using the postcode lookup script it works fine.

Whats not working and I need fixing ASAP…

1) if you use the postcode lookup script to place the order the order arrives in the database without the addresses, they are blank. (yet they show on checkout side bar but get lost when submitting the order). So this needs fixing.

2) If you manually type the address in the bill to name and ship to name which you see in admin under the order list screen are blank. This may get fixed when number 1 is fixed.

I want to use an existing Open Source CMS, because this is a low-budget project.

You can choose one of the following CMS:
- Drupal
- Xoops
- CMS Made Simpel
- WordPress

What you need to do is create/modify a module for the CMS. I will provide the web design.

User functionality is basic:
Just like evite.com. A user logs in create an event by choosing a template (existing or uploading own template), then send invitation to guests. Guests can RSVP with or without comments. Templates are just PNG/JPG files nothing special.

Administrator functionality:
Managing templates: add or delete templates.

Just take a look at evite.com functinoality, thats what I want.
