I’d like someone to develop a simple javascript drop down, where there will be list of name where at the very bottom of the list there is separator line and option to create new entry

Right now I have a programmer that designed my site. Its a simple video website. I just add a url of a video site and it adds the video onto my site. It adds the video and creates a new page and it posts the video into my video player, different then the original video’s video player.
But we are having problems getting youtube videos added without the youtube logo. I know this is possible but youtube is cracking down on it a lot more.
So I need you to basically allow me to add youtube videos to my site without the youtube logo on the video. How I add a video is:
-I got into my cms panel
-I click videos
-I click add video
-I type in the title, description, and add the url from the video.
When I add that youtube url, the video will be added but into my flash player, not the youtube flash player. Also, no youtube logo will be shown.
You will be provided with all the files and any that is necessary. All this is done in php, but if you need to use another language, by all means use it.

I have an html form that validates with AJAX and post’s to a php form that sends an email. I need a coder who can basically add in upload functionality to this form. The form and all components work, the only change is the addition of this upload function. It would be for a single file. We need to modify the grahic header in the upper part of our site at http://www.italianmoda.com/index.cfm
You can work only on the logo (far left), on the “ItalianModa.com” name and on the top blue bar. You can NOT work in the white area (unless you go after the black text, but this could be too far on the right).
The change is about changing the present header (using the existing elements) or update it in order to introduce the concept of our 10th Anniversary.
This could be a nice really attractive graphics with colors well matching the existing ones. The text of the graphics could be “10th Anniversary” or “10 Years in a row” or something like that.
