I am looking for a competent Technical Writer to create documentation for a Joomla! component and matching plugin that allows webmasters to hook Joomla! websites to Amazon CloudFront.

I’m looking for an app to be developed that will create themes for use in WP. I realize there is one already out there, but it’s not as flexible as I would like. I would for example like to be able to add another sidebar[s] area rather than having to hack the code to do it each time. I’d like to be able to add the rss logo in the header where I please. I’d like to be able to add the search button in the menu bar if I want. I would like to be able to specify a place in the header for an ad banner if I want. I would like to be able to add an image for the background of the articles. I’d just like to be able to spit out themes better, quicker, and easier. I have to modify the codes each time I want something different than the stale look that software gives. I’d even like more variety in the header texts so they ‘jump’ from the screen. Would like to be able to make more mag style themes. I can do this with hacks right now, but takes longer.

I need a mod designed for VidiScript.

The mod must do the following:

1. Allow bulk uploads of video files and info files (possibly a csv? will need to contain the video title, description and keyword tags) via ftp, and then allow those files to be automatically imported as a bulk batch into the vidiscript database.

2. The script will also need to allow a remote import function to import videos directly from a standard URL (including a password protected server/cpanel hosting account). This must be able to fetch single files, or queue files to import in a batch job (again, possibly a csv or even better would be a standard text file containing the URLs of all files which need to be queued for import).

3. The script must automatically create video thumbnails, the same way the standard vidiscript upload function does.

4. A bulk conversion script, which allows different video files (avi, mpeg, rm etc) to be re-encode server side to flv format (must be compatible with the vidiscript pro player so the flv files must be muxed. I suspect this could possibly be achieved by a php script and cron job? This third script MUST be able to run independently, so it can be run on another server if needed to reduce server load.

All features MUST be fully compatible with the vidiscript pro player.

Modifications needed:
- Need to define different start-end hours for reservation per day. For example, Monday 1pm-6pm, Tuesday 3pm-7pm, etc. Time slots will be equal for all days. There is a setup and breakdown time assigned to each time slot but is not part of the slot. So the next slot can’t begin until after the breakdown time.
-Time slots will cost differently per day.
- Customer needs to be able to go back in to edit/cancel his reservation using the Confirmation ID, and date of party. Customer can only edit/cancel his reservation 2weeks or more before the party date.
- Customer can fillout an Invitation Form where customer can list a number of emails to send an invitation to friends,etc. (emails separated by newline or comma).

-Ability to enter multiple promo codes for discount in the admin area.

- After reservation the customer will get a confirmation page (Ajax) with his information and a payment form where he will enter his CC information.

- CC information will then be sent to Authorize.net for processing. (sample php code at http://developer.authorize.net/resources/files/samplecode/php_aim.zip)

- Customer should receive a confirmation email and we will be copied on the email then an automated reminder email will go out to customer 72 hours before party and copy us on that email also.

I currently have a website at http://www.ntxshowlist.com that I want to redo the calendar for. It is currently using Google Calendar.
I want to have a new calendar system with mysql/php to list concerts that is easy to add shows to the database to and has a few different fields such as Date, Bands, Venue, City that can be filtered and displayed as a table.

For example, if I want to have the field names up top and have the default sort be for Date, then City, then Venue, then Band.
I want to be able to click any of those names and have it automatically change the sort to that field.
It would also be good to have a search box to find a particular band.

It is most likely going to be loaded as an iframe into the main page as the site currently is.
It needs to automatically start with the current date’s events at the top.
