Simple JOOMLA project for programmer to modify 2 (two) existing pages and design 3 (three) forms pages.

The 2 pages to be modified/redesigned are the “Advice” and “Resources” pages. The pages ALREADY CONTAIN ALL of the necessary CONTENT, IMAGES, and MODULES. I just need someone with a good eye for design to arrange a more professional look/design for these pages. That is all.

The 3 pages I need designed are to look similar to the example pages below (not exactly the same, but similar). Need you to leave room for a form on each page. (I will have someone else add the forms later). I have graphics you can use for this also.

I currently have one website using the Stores On Line platform and ready to create a second site on the same platform. I am hoping to find someone who is familiar with building and maintaining sites in the Stores On Line back office to avoid the time necessary to train you in this format. Add gdrating in place of rating on the video rating system tab that is next to video. I already have plugin installed.

Right now we have (in this moment) 2 small hotel 2 are present in approximately 30/40 of portals booking online.
Every day several times a day, the program must connect with all the various portals backoffice, go and see if there are new bookings (and charge the old in the system and backoffice), to acquire the data we need (website, name, address, email, phone number, date checkin , checkout date, number of persons, room type, any annotations, and other information).
At this point, the system must:
1) Send an email to the customer containing information (customizable), ask the customer to confirm explicitly the information you input (especially the policy of cancellation). This email must be sent every x days (configurable) and must stop send email if the customer responds.
2) The data acquired should be included in our back office.
3) Check our back office for any warnings if we’re full.
4) Be aware that the various portals can also receive cancellations or changes.

We receive too many emails of Information request, would be very handy to have a system which responds automatically by interpreting the information the customer requires, or if it is too complicated, answer to the customer with a link to a form so that we can then understand what the customer wants, and then automatically sends a quote for the required residence according to a list inserted.
