Ocr Captcha Project Craigs

Need an OCR for a popular site that starts with the letter C. And I need it done AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Must take in the image as a parameter (aka “program.exe url/image.jpg”)
and spit out the OCR’ed text to a text file.
