Program Tweaks

Needed, Some tweaks done to improve functions of up and running program.
Needed:
1. Payment step process tweaked to make it more user friendly, Payment processer works fine, After frist payment is made the person needs to be directed to anothe rpage telling them to “click here” to continue to Step 2.
2. Password recovery function fixed.
3. Admin User member search tweaked to where we can look members up by paypal email address and first and last name.
4. MYSQL Database to store all member information in.
