Have to develop a web service stub which will be used to call the web service end point and sends a valid SOAP envelope request (SOAP envelope header and body), and after receiving the response the stub has to parse the upcoming response to something that the clients systems can deal with.
To have a web service stub the clients can use any tools that can create stub from the web service WSDL file.
