Copy Editor For Cookbook

I need a copy editor for my new cookbook. I have 100 pages of content, including introduction pages and approx 80 recipes. 30 of the recipes are in very rough form – see example of these attached.
I need a skilled writer and native English speaker who will:
1. Fix the 30 recipes as shown in attached example.
2. Correct spelling and grammer errors throughout the 100-page document;
3. Check for consistency throughout the document and especially among all the recipes;
4. Edit content that doesn’t flow smoothly;
5. Recommend one or two titles and sub-titles for the book based on the content and some additional direction I will give to the selected professional.
