Bidding Website Please

Hi I am trying to create a website which is basically identical similar to www.bidcactus.com,just with a different name of course. I would be interested in doing it myself but unfortunately that is beyond my knowledge with computers. I have already had a few bids from people local in my town but I though I would check on here before I pick someone.
