Website Improvement

December 29th, 2009

The job is rather simple. It’s to improve an existing website.

Bid with confidence! “Hide Project Bids” is selected for this project. So nobody will know your bidding price.

The website is currently in html format with about 15 webpages. I’m ok to keep it in html, or change to php or other format. Please make your suggestion:
1. which is the EASIEST format to maintain
2. which is the MOST COMMON format to maintain
(IMPORTANT: IT MUST BE EASY TO MAINTAIN/ UPDATE AFTER YOUR WORK IS DONE.)

I will let you know how I want it to look like. No design/ minumum design is involved because the concept/ theme/ copywriting/ writeup/ font size/ color to use etc. will be provided/ ready. SEO feature is good to have, but not a must.

For my decision making, let me know what will be included in your bid.

Good communication is a MUST! DO NOT BID if you have perception in your mind and think you know what I want and never listen to me!!! However, if you are opened and willing to listen to what I want, I welcome you to bid.

The plan: Once you’ve done your part, email the files to me and I’ll upload it with Filezilla to the website.

Website Update: monthly update may be/ may not be needed. It has not been decided yet. Let me know your proposal in case we need someone to update it.

Note: I’ve run into a few “fishy web designers” earlier. They were trying something they shouldn’t and fortunately I found out. So we are very careful now. So your all job will be inspected by our independent Internet advisor. Anything “inappropriate” or with a “fishy motive” will be not be paid or accepted and will be reported to related authorities.
