Vb Upgrade New Sever…

Hello,
I have a vb3.84? fourm website brought 5 months ago!! on a NZ server.
I have new godaddy grid host.
I would like to upgrade to Vb4 publishing suite but keep my users and fourm posts from the old server.
I brought a 123 chat licence, so i own it! and its hosted with 123. I would like to host this myself on this grid host and not use there hosting. Its text chat only no voice or vid is this possible? or do I need to keep using there hosted option!
If it is possible for me to host 123 on grid include this.
I also have a logo immage etc.. for the setup!
