Psd To Xhtml Strict W3c 2

Hi
i have PSD for dynamic website needs to be build by module by module, i want a experienced HTML coder with the knowledge of the JQuery and Module based includes. making sure the class names are making sense like class=”forum” and making sure most of the text, comes from the HTML not by graphics, without ANY inline styles and fixed placements of the divs.
PEOPLE who know wht i am talking about only BID, don’t bid if you are a learner or experiences corder as i wont be able to PAY You any money for lesser quality work.
The work needs to be very high quality with w3c validated.
ONLY 3 PSD’s to be converted, but bid only for 1 PSD.
